Project Overview:

The aim of The Guinness Trust is to provide affordable rental properties and homes for sale, across the UK, working in over 125 local council locations.

The Partnership provide welfare hubs for their maintenance and site staff. They come in all shapes, sizes, and facilities for their teams. They are a mix of all different ages and states. The Partnership are responsible to transform, update and maintain these hubs to be compliant to current building regulations and to offer a hospitable environment for their staff members and guests.

There are approximately 480+ hubs scattered across the UK, and the Partnership have identified many to need modernisation over the course of the next 3 to 5 years.

The Guiness Trust need a group of companies with a flexible, proactive approach to delivering on these projects, from the surveying, updating, and handing back of these buildings. Bringing them solutions within often quite tight timeframes and budgets to suit the Partnership. Whilst at the same time, delivering complete satisfaction on the brief, managing unforeseen changes/challenges that may arise for each individual hub provided as well. The partnership between BAM FM and Heart Building Services Limited has provided the winning formulae.
