Project Overview:

Longcross had secured Netflix Studios to embark on setting up their UK Headquarters on the Longcross Studios premises. This spans over 1million sq. feet of real estate, 15 studio buildings, various offices, and communal areas for the company to utilise in their production development programme in the UK.

Heart was employed by the studios to deliver on a demolition project for internal structures within the studio’s, asbestos assessment & removal in conjunction with our accredited partners and comprehensive high-level cleaning & deep cleaning services of all studio buildings. Even with the delays caused by the discovery of asbestos within some of the structures, Heart and the teams were able to ensure the deadlines were met, the move was successful and the on-going cleaning for the site taken care of for all parties.
